Now, we are explaining about installation, configuration and publishing the mode page using Newsletter Subscription Form Pro plugin.
Follow the step by step guide
1. Plugin Installation
First, download your plugin package from your Weblizar Account
Upload, Install & Activate plugin into WordPress site.
Now our plugin is successfully installed on our site, In next step we will Select Theme .
2. Select Theme
Template Options –
1. Select a theme from list ( See Image : Point 1 )
2. Then click on activate button. ( See Image : Point 2 )
3. After activate new theme, then click on newsletter form shortcode button to create a new shortcode .
4. New shortcode will show on text area box. select all shortcode, copy and paste it anywhere in your site to show newsletter subscription form.
There are some more option
Restore Defaults – Reset current settings of specific section.
Restored All Settings – Reset the all current settings of the plugin and delete all stored data.
How Plugin Works
Multiple outputs by Shortcode :
If too many Form are using in a single page or post. then please use different ID with every Form ex : [wnlsp_form id='1234'] or [wnlsp_form id='456453'] or [wnlsp_form id='8646']
In above example we are using different id. Unique ID form , does not conflict.

GENERAL SETTINGS
Skin Layout
Skin layout has some theme options
Theme Color Schemes : Change theme color scheme by default and custom color picker option

Content Color Settings :
Background Type :
1. Select a background as Color , Image. ( See Image : Point 1 )
2. Image Background : Upload an image to show at page background. ( See Image : Point 3 )
2. Theme Font family : This select drop down box have +500 font family to change font-family of all section coming soon and another page template.
3. Custom CSS : add custom css to make customized as required.
Subscriber Form Settings General Settings : Select subscriber settings ( See Image : Point 1)
1. Fill all details like Subscriber form section Heading, Sub-Heading, add relative font awesome Icon and description. ( See Image : Point 1,23,4,5 )
2. Select form logo as icon and image
4. Subscriber form settings
1. Add a button text for subscribe button.
2. Add the placeholder of First/last Name, Email box. ( See Image : Point 4 )
3. Add a color for Subscriber Button text and background Color on hover and Placeholder color. ( See Image : Point 5 )
4. On/Off Button to hide/Show first and last name in the form.
5. Add some text for subscriber form
1. Subscribe Success Message
2. Subscribe user already exist Message ( See Image : Point 6 )
Social Media Options
1. Social Icon On/Off : Show/hide the social icon from the page template. ( See below Image )
2. Select Icon for your social link.
3. Choose color as social icon color
4. Add a link where you want to redirect to your visitors.
5. Open as new tab : social link will open a new tab when you on this setting.
6. You can add many social links with relative icons with add button.
7. Also deleted last icon settings by remove button.
Subscriber Provider options :
First select the subscribe provider option ( See Image : Point 1 )
Enable Email Based Subscriber : Enable the option to send a message to Subscriber user to confirm his subscription. ( See Image : Point 2 )
- If Email Subscription is Enable: You have “PHP Mail”, “WP Mail” and “SMTP Mail” option to mail the subscribers and confirm its subscription through email.
- If email subscription option is disabled: Email confirmation process not required. Users/Visitors will be added to subscriber list as the active subscriber.
PHP has a built-in function called mail() that allows you to send the email. The advantage of mail() is that it’s very easy to use. we have two option WP-Mail and PHP-Mail
WP-Mail (WordPress mail function) : Select WP-Mail from option list ( See Image : Point 3 )
Add Mail Id: You just add your mail id to use for sending a message from your mail id to user for getting the confirmation for the subscription. ( See Image : Point 4 )
and save the settings ( See Image : Point 5 )
PHP Mail Settings : Select PHP mail from option list ( See Image : Point 1 )
You just add your mail id to use for sending a message from your mail id to user for getting the confirmation for the subscription. ( See Image : Point 2 )
SMTP Mail Settings : Select SMTP mail from option list ( See Image : Point 1 )
SMTP mail needs valid details of SMTP host, port number, Set The Encryption System( SSL / TLS ) username and password. ( See Image : Point 2,3,4,5,6 )

Subscription Confirmation Settings :
once a visiting user fill the form and submit it. that time a confirmation mail will send him by mailer. By subscription confirmation settings we will customized it as our required. ( See Image : Point 1 )
after submit the form user will see success and user existing message by below settings : ( See Image : Point 2 )
- Mail send success message : add a success message to user when they submit the filled form. if mail send successfully then it will be pop up ( See Image : Point 2.1 )
- Subscribe user existing message : if user already subscribed. this message will pop up. ( See Image : Point 2.2 )
Subscription/UN-subscribe Link Settings :
Once a visiting user fill the form and submit it. that time a confirmation mail will send him by mailer. Once user subscribe it that time mailer send it a success message with unsubscripted link and when user unsubscripted that time mailer again send a confirmation mail with subscribe link for future used. the By Subscription/UN-subscribe Link settings we will customized it as our required. ( See Image : Point 1 )
Select Users for manual E-mail :
Manual mail form settings :1. Select users as All Users/Selected Users/Pending Users/Active Users/Already E-Mail Users. ( See Image : Point 1 )2. Add a subject of sent mail ( See Image : Point 2 )
3. Add sender mail ID( See Image : Point 3)
4. optional cc mail id ( See Image : Point 4 )
5. optional bcc mail id ( See Image : Point 5 )
6. Add a message body of sent mail ( See Image : Point 6 )
7. add a link for subscribe and unsubscribe button with mail ( See Image : Point 7 )
8. Click to send Button for mail sent to selected users ( See Image : Point 8 )

Subscriber Users list table :
1. All users show in table as first and last name, email, date and subscriber status( pending, active, mail sent )and Arrange the table in ascending/descending order ( See Image : Point 1 )
2. Show the table with selected entities ( like 10,25,50,100 ) with a Search bar which gives the best result. ( See Image : Point 2 )
3. Subscriber will export as All subscriber, Active subscriber, and Pending subscriber ( See Image : Point 3 )
Note : 1. All users data in table as first and last name, email, date and subscriber status will editable as required
2. There is two delete button for deleting the data as selected subscriber and all subscriber. they both button will show when data table has at least one user detail.( See Image : Point 4 )
New Add-on ( Options and settings )
1. Import User Data ( Import CSV file only ) :
Import CSV file table with Six columns data ( FIRST Name, LAST Name, Email ID, Create Date,Subscription status, subscription type, Category )
- *Email Id is required
- Date ( will AutoGenerate )
- Subscription Status ( As default Pending )
- Subscription Type( As default BY_Import )
- Category( As default : default )
- Other data will insert by default NULL

3. Subscription as Categories :
Now subscription user can categories as your required. you just need to enable the option ( See Image : Point 1 ) and follow some steps for it.
- Create a new category with short description. ( See Image : Point 2 )
- after create process you can see a new category with category short code attribute like cat_id=’2′ ( See Image : Point 3 )
- Copy and used the short code attribute with newsletter old and new short-code.( See Image : Point 4 ) ex:

3. Pop-Up form :
If you want your newsletter form will pop-up as required. this option will fill your needs. there are some way to bring up this option. you can used default settings and used shortcode to put a link and button anywhere in your site.
There are some key points and settings
- Pop-up form will come by a button click : Enable the option and save ( See Image : Point 1 )
- Pop-up form will come by shortcode: Select the option ( See Image : Point 2 )
- Pop-up form button text,color and background color will change as required ( See Image : Point 3 )
- Pop-up form button position will also changed ( See Image : Point 4 )
- Pop-up form button will include and exclude from any page and post ( See Image : Point 5 )
Auto Form Pop-up :
Newsletter form auto Pop-up and hide and show from any page and post ( See Image : Point 6 )
- Pop-up delay : set delay time to from Pop-up ( See Image : Point 6.1 )
- Set a time frame: once auto Pop-up form close by users. it will be Pop-up after set time frame. ( See Image : Point 6.2 )
