Importing Demo Data

Hi,
How do I import demo data into my site?
I have downloaded medicore theme and installed it in my localhost.
Would appreciate if someone can suggest a way to import the demo data that you see the theme live preview.
Since there is no posts under medicore theme, I am posting this under Premium theme.
